Description

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations, the Employee Relations Consultant is an expert business partner providing HR services on program delivery and advice relating to employee and labour relations services at SaskGaming, supporting Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw.  This position provides general management support to increase the effectiveness of organization and human resources capability.  Assigned portfolios encompass collective agreement and human resource policy interpretation; employee discipline; performance management; grievance administration, assisting in collective bargaining processes, and supporting various committees including the corporate attendance support policies and procedures committee.
