Adecco is recruiting for an Office Assistant to work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks that including supporting managers and completing administrative duties. Candidates interested in this role should have strong transportation and construction knowledge with a minimum of 3 years performing in a similar industry.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assists management including Field Supervisors and Project Managers
-Responsible for data entry, analysis, and spreadsheet tracking of projects assigned by management
- Prepares job proposals, contracts, permits, and agreements complying to government regulations
- Completes payment transactions, sends invoices, and support Accounting Department as needed
- Operates busy phones and handles walk-in traffic with a professional attitude
- Responsible for applying knowledge of the transportation and construction industries
- Responsible for general office duties including filing, record maintenance, and organizing documents
- Meets tight deadlines in a face-paced environment while handling changing priorities
Office Assistant Qualifications
- Completed at least some post-secondary related to Office Administration
- 3 years of experience performing in a supporting role for the transportation or construction industries
- Candidates should have strong communication both verbally and written
- Candidates should be able to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
- Must hold a valid drivers license and owns reliable transportation with a willingness to travel
