Description

Esso Raymore is looking for a responsible and reliable Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail store and restaurant. Your job will be highly important in ensuring our team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
-Make sure all employees adhere to stores policies and guidelines
-Do perform as stores model and set an example for our staff
-In charge of monthly payroll,banking, accounts payable, accounts receivables
-Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, full-equipped and properly merchandised
-Monitor operating costs, budgets and come up for any solution to manage cost as the reasonable and realistic expenses according to budget.
-Coordinate daily functional operations to ensure store always in full capacity
-Deal with vendor/ suppliers to get best quote and contract terms.
-Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
-Monitor and maintain store inventory
-Assist a purchasing staff in planning and implementing strategies to find the best product
-Assist solving complaints from customers
-Work with the chef to coordinate and carry out the preparation of all meals
-Assist chef with skilled food preparation and cooking.
-Be responsible for reviewing kitchen inventory and estimating what foods are needed.
-Oversee the storage and disposal of leftover food products and help to make sure that the kitchen is clean.
-Help head chefs develop and test new recipes, and maintain records of what food has been prepared and what ingredients were used
Qualifications:
-Ability to follow directions
-Responsibility & Likability
-Decision-making capability
-Have a good understanding in Asian and Western cuisine.
-Have good leadership skills
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge &
experience in MS Word, and Excel Software
-3+ years of management experience
-Experience in a restaurant is an asset
