Chateau St. Michael's Personal Care Home in Moose Jaw, is currently seeing a permanent half time Assistant Director of Care to join our team with very occasional evenings. The successful candidate will assist in the staffing,scheduling,training and supervision of a team of care aids and housekeeping staff.
Qualifications:
1. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the RN College of Nurses of Saskatchewan
2. Must be a hands-on leader and have the ability to move our team forward " best practice" Standards of Care.
3. Must have attained a current Heart Save Level for CPR/First Aid
4. Possess experience in geriatric care or clinical nursing.
5. Effective verbal and written English communication skills, as well as, interpersonal skills.
