Facility: BATTLEFORDS UNION HOSPITAL
Job Description: The Senior Dietitian is responsible for providing direction in the area of clinical nutrition services throughout the Northwest Service Area.  This includes coordinating, providing leadership, managing performance and establishing processes for clinical nutrition services (inpatient and outpatient).  This position collaborates with interdepartmental programs such as Chronic Disease Management and Primary Health Care.
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nutrition or equivalent.
Membership in the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association.
Two years of Clinical Nutrition program leadership experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public relation skills; proven organizational and leadership skills; proven analytical and decision-making skills; ability to develop, implement and monitor processes and operations; ability to work with and to develop teams.

This is a designated field hours position.
Expected Start Date: November 1, 2018
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
