Job Description: As a member of the Problem Gambling Program and under the general direction of the Out-of-Scope Manager and the clinical supervisor; is responsible for the day to day client service delivery (development, implementation, delivery and assistance with evaluation) of Problem Gambling services. Individual and group counseling in addictions related areas is required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Dependency studies or another Bachelor Degree acceptable to the employer

Degree in Chemical Dependency studies, or another Baccalaureate discipline in Human Services, as well as demonstrated knowledge of the Trans-Theoretical Model of Change, Motivational Interviewing and the Saskatchewan Model of Recovery Services delivery.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A strong knowledge of mental health and addictions, as well as, addiction related issues and the effects on the individual, family unit and community including co-current disorders and the issues related to gambling addictions.
- A strong knowledge of the Motivational Assessment Process and the Policies and Procedures established by Mental Health and Addiction Services
- Individual and group counselling skills with a focus on problem gambling.
- Skills in Program Development. Delivery of presentations in the community, including workshop development and delivery.
- Ability to promote healthy lifestyles in urban and rural settings and with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Problem Gambling Training Preferred.
