Job Description: The Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator supports the Playbook, a guide to transformational change, which has been created by the health system, for the health system, to reduce risk when it comes to delivering transformational projects.

This role will be seen as a strong yet flexible leader who will incorporate best business analysis practice to the organization and ensure the delivery of quality within all projects that are using The Playbook.

We are looking for:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent

Demonstrated understanding of the need for and benefits of Change Management,

Demonstrable understanding of best practice as it relates to test strategy design, test planning and the execution of test plans,

Must be a competent writer and ability to communicate with peers and customers sufficiently to meet work objectives

Strong ability for written work that communicates briefly and concisely, the key information required for decisions on complex issues

Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan Health Management System's Continuous Improvement guidelines is considered to be an asset

Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan Health System is a considered to be an asset

Experience

5+ years as a Business Analyst,

2+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator, or the ability to demonstrate project management skills as a result of tasks undertaken in a Business Analyst or similar role,

Experience with taking best practice and applying relevant components to a business unit based on its structure and maturity, rather than adopting all elements of a methodology,

Demonstrable experience working as a leader and coach, preferably on projects where the participants have li
