Customer Support Tech
Join a Saskatoon based company serving Saskatoon and the surrounding district. Our focus is on Windows computer based retail & restaurant point of sale products. We are looking for someone to join our team that is: ethical, reliable, and has good inter-personal & communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to manage their own time, show initiative, and grow quickly within our company. Starting salary is $36-$40K/year (plus car allowance) based on experience & qualifications. We also offer commissions on sales of hardware & software products.
Duties include:
- support existing POS software & clients
- installation of Windows based POS hardware
- hardware troubleshooting & repair

Qualifications:
- valid drivers license
- reliable automobile available for full time use
- Above average computer user knowledge with knowledge in peer-peer networking Windows based systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software products.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve customer issues.
- Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be team oriented, possess a drive for success, and have good customer service skills.
