Express Employment Professionals, Saskatoons top Staffing & Recruitment firm, is searching for an Experienced General Manager, on behalf of their client based in Prince Albert.  

This is a unique opportunity for a high-level manager to get involved with a very successful and rapidly growing agriculture equipment distributor.

Previous Agriculture experience is not required; however, you MUST have excellent people and time management skills, and previous general management experience.

General Manager Roles and Responsibilities
    Ensuring that all staff are committed to high levels of customer orientation
    Counselling and training department Managers to motivate direct reports and implement effective performance management measures.
    Human Capital planning and Management
    Managing Inventory
    High level management of Sales, Finance, Parts & Service
    Ensuring workplace regulations and compliance are adhered to.
