Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Saskaton office. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, a can do attitude, strong communication and organization skills, and a desire to work in and promote a client-first focused culture.

As a receptionist, your major responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients in a professional manner and ensuring that the visitor experience is positive and consistent with the Firms service standards and values
Promptly answering external and internal calls and directing them as required in a timely fashion
Managing the boardroom booking process reserving boardrooms as requested, including all relevant information; providing communication to requestors appropriately
Liaising with the Marketing teams regarding catering and events management
Managing the security card program for employees and visitors
Acting as point of contact for Emergency Procedures
Performing other related duties as required, and providing clerical or administrative support as requested

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Community College education or equivalent combination of work experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a receptionist position
Experience gained in the hospitality sector considered an asset
Proven ability to provide outstanding client service to both external and internal clients
Confident, polished and professional presentation
Strong work ethic, can-do approach and positive team attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with all levels of seniority
Proven experience in a detail oriented and deadline driven environment
Excellent MS Office skills and comfortable with AV technology
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Excellent diplomacy and tact with superior organizational skills
Discretion and respect of confidentiality
Excellent time management and ability to manage interruptions and changing priorities
