Adecco is currently hiring Distribution Engineer's in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Engineering role for our clients' Distribution Department, you must have first experience in mechanical piping designs, Hydraulic analysis, and cost estimating. Our client offers a 1 year temporary contract position with the potential of extension up to five years and a friendly work environment.
Distribution Engineer Responsibilities:
- The creation/updating of hydraulic models
- Distribution system capacity checks
- Regulator/Meter station equipment sizing calculations
- On-site inspections
- Completion of customer connect and system improvement projects, which includes:
- hydraulic analysis
- mechanical piping designs in compliance with
- cost estimating
- obtaining of approvals
- project management
- Specialty projects
Distribution Engineer Qualifications:
- Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Engineering from a recognized University program and their degree must be in one of the following engineering disciplines:
o Mechanical
o Civil
o Environmental
o Industrial
o Petroleum
- Candidates with experience in Oil and Gas Industry are preferred candidates.
- Candidates must also be registered with (or eligible for registration) with APEGS.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
