Wow Factor Media is looking for a UX/UI web product designer with the following skills:
Collaborative: Will consult with stakeholders to understand the needs and requirements for navigation implementation and redesign.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to apply web strategy to stakeholder ideas while adhering to Web standards and limitations.
Independent/Self-starter: Manage stakeholder ideas/requests including web launches and post-launch change management.
Process Oriented: Understand and follow the work flow and process from idea to launch.
A Strong communicator: facilitating discussions around feature planning and execution.
Organized: Strong administrative skills around task tracking and follow up.
Knowledgeable in how strategies for web analytic management, user experience, information architecture, and other attributes are applied.
Experience managing multiple projects at once and the resilience to respond quickly in a fast paced environment. Flexibility to work across multiple teams.
High energy with an optimistic attitude while naturally being proactive with professional solution oriented communication style.
3+ years of cross-platform and device product design experience
Experience designing digital apps and systems. Have ship products before in the SaaS/B2B space
Clearly communicates design work with solid rationale backed up with research and data
A self starter who has a proven track record of collaborating designers, engineers, PM, marketing and other teams in the company
Understands the need of the end users on any given product
An understanding of the product development process, from problem definition through to detailed UI and visual design
Can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs using, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
Can understand and follow a design system, challenge and contribute to it when necessary
You have a developed visual design portfolio

- Estimate costs of materials and time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
