Job Description: the manager under direct supervision of the Director of community services. The manager is one of eight positions reporting to the director.The manager of rehabilitation and residential services for Acquired Brain Injury/ Community Mental Health Nursing works collaboratively with many programs and services at the department, local and provincial levels. The work is comprehensive and diverse in nature, evident by the two distinct populations of clients that are being served and the broad geography the two programs are responsible for. The position relies on collaboration and cooperation which is essential when working with multidisciplinary teams and with other service system providers and leadership at all levels internal and external to the organization. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Experience
-Minimum of two year experience in a managerial position in the health care sector
-Minimum of five year experience in the delivery of mental health services in a related field e.g.:  Participation on a Primary Health Team, community development, or CBO management/employment
-Significant experience in the Psychiatric Nursing field
-Relevant advanced education/experience related to systems theory, organizational change management theory, concurrent disorders, and addiction is an asset.
-Kno

Recognized Degree in Nursing with significant experience in the field of rehabilitation and community health care for clients with chronic and life long psychiatric and/ or cognitive conditions.

Must hold a current license with SRNA or RPNAS.
