Job Description:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant
Develop and maintain digital filing practices
Proficient in QuickBooks
Balance & maintain accurate ledgers in Quickbooks
Place orders and match purchase orders with invoices
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivables
Bank deposits and report financial results to management on a regular basis
Submission of provincial taxes & federal taxes to CRA
Assist with month end invoicing
Payroll & T4s
Mail,Answering telephone
Administration of company health benefits
Prior accounting experience is an asset
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirement:
3 yrs experience working in accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and payroll reports
Experience in services related to payroll and submitting payroll taxes
Preference given to candidates with proficiency in Quickbooks, Office & Excel
