As the Catering Manager of Food Services at one of our Campus accounts, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and direction of all daily activities related to Catering and events within a challenging multi-unit account. You will ensure that all employees comply with all client, government, corporate, and regional policies and procedures while driving a culture of safety and customer service. You will establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including: high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong employee relations; achievement of financial goals; and future business growth plans.
Must currently live in Canada, relocation will not be offered.
Growth and Development:
2-5 years experience / operational experience in Catering Management, must be available some Evenings and Weekends
Strong Leadership, team member
Some lifting and moving of product (i.e. Banquet set up)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Organization and Time Management key
Excellent computer skills
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team
