Description

A Partner Development Managers job is to educate and energize Vendastas Partners to help them find success with our products and services. A Partner Development Manager acts as the true & trusted local resource for all things digital for their book of business by solidifying long-term relationships and ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities
Oversee and pursue growth for Partners by researching and identifying areas of opportunity and upsell
Seek out and implement opportunities to drive second order revenue
Work and communicate with Partners to develop scalable strategies and workflows that drive adoption of products and services
Maintain internal, as well as third party, product knowledge and awareness of developments to brief Partners about releases and updates
Be the expert in Vendastas offeringsproviding information, strategies, uses, and more to Partners
Coordinate and pass along feedback from Partners on product development suggestions, escalating issues as necessary
Provide insight and data to the VP of Partner Development on current and closed opportunities

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management and/or management of a book of business
Approachable and passionate problem-solver
Exceptional professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once and execute with a sense of urgency
Strong problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt changing priorities
Highly-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team setting
Experience in software, Google Apps, and/or digital marketing considered an asset
