Description

Meridian Development is currently hiring a full time permanent Construction Labourer/Driver to assist Trade persons with specialized construction & installation.

Duties
- Complete tasks as assigned and in a manner instructed by the Lead Foreman, Site
Superintendent or Project Manager
- Assist with loading and unloading
- Move tools, equipment and materials from site to site
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding
- Training provided to operate equipment such as lifts, booms and bobcats
- Delivery and Pick-Up of materials and equipment
- Liason between the office and the construction site
- Work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking

Requirements
- Must have knowledge of the following trades-carpentry, plumbing and/or experience to be considered for this position
- Must have a clean driving record and a history of driving a comapny vehicle
- Must be able to multi-task and be organized
- Must be clean cut and have a personable attitude in order to interact with suppliers, subtrades and customers
- Must be able to lift up to and greater than 100 pounds.
