Administrative Assistant with Telephone Operator Skills
Must be flexible with schedules as we are a 24/7 business.
Duties include:
- Reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- drafting letters and documents; collecting
- analyzing information
- initiating telecommunications
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Maintains company personnels schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
