Grace Christian School needs a part-time (0.6 FTE) teacher to teach phys. ed. to mixed-age groups of students, and English, Math., Science, and Social Studies to approximately 8 grades 7 to 9 students for the 2018-2019 school year. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Applicants must possess a B. Ed. (and a Saskatchewan Professional A license) or equivalent. Teaching experience, excellent classroom preparation, management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are a must, as is the ability to closely follow curricula content and innovate when necessary. Computer literacy with demonstrated competence in MS Office, especially Word and Excel are definite pluses. Applicants should also have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be practicing Christians with a good handle on the Bible.
