Description

Make sure all employees adhere to stores policies and guidelines
Act as our stores representative and set an example for our staff
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised
Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Assist the purchasing Manager in planning and implementing strategies to find the best product
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
Handle complaints from customers
