We are looking for an experienced Building Operator for one of our commercial clients in Regina. The candidate must be able to operate a utility tractor while pulling a utility trailer. There will be a fair amount of exterior work such as litter pickup. Use the tractor and trailer to go around the property to empty trash bins, and pick up some garbage that the sweeper might have missed. Some landscaping tasks may also be done such as weed control.
The ideal candidate brings in:
-minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or operations capacity
-electrician certificate is preferred but would welcome other related certificates
-knowledge of building mechanical and electrical equipment is a must
-knowledge/experience with basic plumbing & electrical repairs
-knowledge of building systems and HVAC preventative maintenance
-able to communicate professionally & effectively
-must have class 5 drivers license
Job responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain all building systems and equipment, including but not limited to, HVAC, security, life & safety, plumbing and electrical, in a safe and efficient manner
-Other duties as assigned
This job offers you:
-Full Time permanent employment starting asap,
-Guaranteed work for 8 hours per day/40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m, rotating weekend shifts
-Salary to commensurate with the experience
