Opportunity:
Flatlands Real Estate team is a growing team operating under CENTURY 21 Dome Realty in Regina. Our team is passionate about Saskatchewan Real Estate and seeking a dedicated, hardworking support person for the team. This opportunity is a permanent full-time salaried position with flexible hours. The successful candidate will provide admin, marketing, bookkeeping and client support to multiple real estate agents specializing in Commercial, Residential, & Farm Real Estate throughout Saskatchewan. Ideal candidates will have a min. of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
This role provides support to the Real Estate agents on our team and reports to the Team Leader. Tasks will include:
-Maintaining client files as per office policy & regulatory guidelines.
-Executing marketing projects: press releases, event coordination, community service efforts, print/brochure design, etc.
-Managing communication via website, social media & newsletters
-Customer service & answering/responding to general inquiries
-Client database maintenance
-Research projects as directed
-Tracking expenses & transactions
-Offsite work may be required such as organizing client events, open houses or purchasing supplies
Qualifications:
-Min. 3 years experience in a similar role
-Grade 12
-Valid drivers license
-Background screening which may include driving, credit, and criminal history
-Authorization to legally work in Canada
-Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
-Knowledge of social media tools & WordPress
-Excellent grammar & communication skills
-Work approx. 40 hours per week as scheduled, some evenings & weekends as required
