The Caretaker will be responsible for the general operation and maintenance of ICR managed condominiums in a responsive and professional manner.
As the onsite representative for ICR and reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Caretaker will respond to emergencies and conduct regular inspections to verify the safety and condition of the property.
Other duties to include:
Complete regular building inspections, maintenance and site cleanup
Cleaning indoor and outdoor common areas (including vacuuming and window washing)
Minor landscaping (weeding, edging, trimming) and/or light ice and snow removal duties
Garbage and refuse removal from interior and exterior common areas
Minor repairs and touchups
Inspect yards/decks/balconies and report owners not following bylaws
Inspect and maintain all equipment (heating/cooling, maintenance shed, etc.)
Coordinate access with trades people
Other duties to be assigned by the property manager as necessary
Fire safety checks and inspections
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1-2 years previous experience as a Caretaker or Maintenance Person
High-school diploma or equivalent GED
Valid class 5 license required with own transportation
Good written and verbal communication skills
