THE OPPORTUNITY
Contango is interested in hearing from skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. The available position is a one year part-time posting based in our Saskatoon office (16-20 hr/week). The successful candidate will work closely with our Office Manager on administrative duties for the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving/sending courier packages
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain office and kitchen areas
- Assist with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels)
- Scanning and filing
- Filing reimbursement claims
- Vacation and sick time tracking
- Document formatting and editing (Microsoft Office)
- Entering receipts into accounting software
YOUR PROFILE
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment and enjoy multi-tasking
- Skilled with Mac computers and experienced with advanced functions in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to work with confidential documents.
- Professional, positive and helpful attitude
- You take initiative, and enjoy working in a team as well as independently
- Enthusiastically manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines.

- A business or administrative diploma or business administration degree.
- WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods training
- First Aid certification
