Description

Responsibilities    
1.    To provide exceptional guest service
2.    To be knowledgeable about feed products and be familiar with the other products in  the department
3.    To provide current and accurate information to guests
4.    To assist in the processing of merchandise
5.    To handle complaints and errors of a minor nature
6.    To perform daily housekeeping duties
7.    To operate cash systems as required, providing prompt, professional, accurate and friendly service
8.    To deliver products to guests as required
9.    To receive products in the warehouse
10.    To perform other duties as required
Requirements    
    Grade 12 or equivalent
    Knowledge of the agricultural industry and feed products associated with it
    Class 5 drivers license
    Forklift license and transportation of dangerous goods certificate (training will be provided)
    Basic knowledge of computers
    Willingness to accept increased responsibility
