The Physical Plant Clerk performs a variety of service duties including administration of the equipment maintenance database, unit scheduling, and records maintenance related to the operation of the Physical Plant Unit.
This position requires a certificate in Office Administration or a related certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution, and a thorough knowledge of Hippo (Equipment Maintenance Database) and AutoCad (design software) or similar database.
