Three Star Trucking Ltd. in Alida, SK is currently seeking an Administrative professional with Accounts Receivable knowledge who can help us flawlessly work through high levels of invoicing and other paperwork.

The successful candidate will be eligible for our group RRSP plan and comprehensive benefits plan that includes health, dental, and disability coverage.

Major Job Functions:

- All aspects of receivables such as rebills, reconciliations, posting of payments and collections;
- Data entry;
- Collaborating closely with other members of the organization;
- Providing excellent customer service to clients;
- Other duties as required/assigned.

- Ability to work under stress with tight deadlines;
- Time management, prioritization, and independent problem solving;
- Ability to multi-task to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity;
- Ability to be a team player with a positive & enthusiastic attitude;
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Education & Experience

- Diploma/Certificate in Office/Business Administration is an asset.
- 2-3 years related business administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of relevant oil & gas terminology
