The 1A Driver/Farm Equipment Operator is an exciting fast paced role.  You will report directly to the General Manager and assist the farm in driving semi trucks to haul grain, fertilizer, and water to and from our fields and to our markets. Job duties include equipment operation and maintenance with a focus on operating our highway tractors.  This job allows you to achieve high standards for operations excellence and efficiency, farm safety, and productivity. You will need to work with employees and owners to build positive labour relations through collaboration and communication. You must ensure compliance with safety legislation and make recommendations for health and safety improvement.
Farm or operations experience is an asset but we have a successful training procedure for those with less experience.   You must have a valid drivers license and a 1A designation is a definite asset.
