Description

Holman Farming Group, Division of Rod Holman Trucking is a Century Farm Award Saskatchewan Agribusiness focussed on precision agronomics, economics of operation size, and excellence in grain marketing.  Our unique promotion of stable and planned work weeks, home every night, commitment to employee development, and our earned time off program show how much we value our employees.
Our goal is four-fold with our employees:  First, to provide a consistent opportunity to make highly competitive wages.  Secondly, to provide employees with extra compensation for their high level of performance, effort, and commitment to the job.  Third, to encourage and reward employees with earned time off so they have the resources to spend time with their family.  Fourth, to invest time and money in our employees personal development.  If you care as much as we do about our relationships and enjoy the 'farming way of life' we want you to join our team.

As a full time truck driver you will report directly to the General Manager and assist the farm in driving semi trucks to haul grain, fertilizer, and water to and from our fields and to our markets. Job duties include equipment operation and maintenance with a focus on operating our fleet of highway tractors and Super-B trailers.  This job allows you to achieve high standards for operations excellence and efficiency, farm safety, and productivity.  You must ensure compliance with safety legislation and make recommendations for health and safety improvement.
Farm or operations experience is not necessary but experience pulling super-b's will be considered an asset.  You must have a valid 1A license to apply.
