Description

Avison Young Commercial Real Estate (Sask) Inc. is the Saskatchewan office of Avison Young and is a full service commercial real estate office.
We are currently looking for an individual to fill the position of Administration Coordinator.
Previous real estate related industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities include:
1. Prepare real estate marketing materials and related advertising using Adobe InDesign.
2. Assist with offers to purchase, sales contracts, lease agreements, property listings and related transactional documentation.
3. Provide general administrative support to the sales team such as file management, supply management, etc.
4. Manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software using APTO.
5. Attend sales meetings to update participants on industry trends and best practices.
6. Conduct research on industry trends and forecasts; prepare research reports and client activity reports; contribute to company newsletters and/or related documents.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years administrative experience
2. Detail-oriented; must be able to prioritize and multi-task
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Quick learner and ability to take initiative
5. Proficient use of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
6. Above average computer skills
