Facility: ADMINISTRATION - SHR
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Electronic Health Information, the Clinical Systems Facilitator position is accountable for the provision of support to clinical operational leaders and front line providers in ensuring successful implementation, feedback on, and sustainability of information systems solutions across multiple service lines. This support includes ensuring that Clinical Systems are used in a way that supports patients' rights to privacy by monitoring usage and investigating potential breaches of privacy.
Required Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in a health care discipline
Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in the health care sector in a similar role.
Minimum of two years' direct experience with clinical applications, such as Sunrise Clinical Manager.
Previous project coordination experience would be an asset.
Direct clincial experience and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations is required.

Knowledge of healthcare business processes
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of computerization and computer skills as it relates to managing information
Ability to support staff and physician usage of clinical information systems
Ability to understand and recognize the potential impact of clinical system implementation on all departments throughout the entire organization
Problem-solving skills
