Provide administrative support and high level of client service by:
Following up on client meetings and entering notes in contact management system
Responding to client inquires and issues in a timely, responsive manner and escalating to Advisor when appropriate
Processing client account documentation
Accurate execution of trades and changes in client accounts upon instruction from the advisor
Assisting in writing and processing letters
Maintaining client files and information on the appropriate systems
Ensuring all client interaction is accurately documented
Ensuring adherence of all regulatory rules as it relates to client accounts and related documentation
Following up with clients on missing documentation required as per the industry regulatory requirements
Educational Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Client service experience / administrative training preferred
The role operates within a standard office environment Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Occasional evening work required
