Job type: Contract, Part-time 10-15 hours per week with flexible hours
Location: SK-Regina
Salary Range: $18 - $24 Hourly
WUQWATR Inc. (Wascana & Upper QuAppelle Water Association Taking Responsibility) is a not for profit NGO that works with stakeholders primarily in our 3870 square kilometre watershed. In partnership and collaboration with the Water Security Agency, ALUS and the Ministry of Agriculture.  WUQWATR delivers innovative watershed management and source water protection to all stakeholders.
The Corporate Services Branch is looking for a detail oriented and organized Office Administrator to provide accounting and administrative support performing a wide-variety of tasks including, but not limited to, accounts payable, office administration, records management & fiscal responsibilities.
The successful candidate will contribute to a positive and healthy work environment, is committed to service excellence, is self-motivated and approaches their work with professionalism and innovation. The successful candidate will have knowledge of: accounting principles and procedures; knowledge of office and/or administrative procedures; and knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet software, database and operating systems. Experience using Quick Books and/or QB Online is compulsory. Knowledge and previous experience working with a Not for Profit is considered an asset. Typically the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be obtained through the completion of a two year accounting certificate or an office education/administration certificate combined with related work experience. Candidates that have an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training will be considered.
