On behalf of our client, Adecco is currently recruiting for a Team Lead to work in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. As a Team Lead, you perform in a kiosk setting where you provide leadership and coaching to a team while promoting sales and growing business. We are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who is eager to pursue a career in the areas of sales leadership. To qualify for this Team Lead opportunity, you must have at least 5 years of retail experience in a leadership capacity.

Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Managerial responsibilities such as coaching, scheduling hours, and running the store
- A strong focus of this role is on developing, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Providing a strong emphasis on the customer experience when promoting sales activities
- Responsible for building relationships, connect with others quickly, and promote a positive image
- Must display strong ethics with respect to staff and diversity in the workplace
- You will be held accountable for inventory and merchandising of products
- Ensuring that the store is clean in appearance and presentable for customers
- Promote, meet, and exceed sales targets as an individual and team

Team Lead Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience of retail experience in a leadership role
- Candidates should have experience leading, motivating, and directing others
- Must possess entrepreneurial spirit and treat the store as their own
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy building new relationships
- Great communication, time management, and leadership skills are required for this role
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends (guaranteed 1 weekend off per month)
