Work for one of Saskatchewans Top Employers and join the Ranch Ehrlo team. We are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests. Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process employees requests and provide relevant information and relay messages appropriately
File employee-related documents, as well as send out evaluation reports and correspondence
Responsible for editing documents and presentations
Create forms, templates, and other HR-related documents
Entering and updating employee information into the agency HRIS and other databases
Preparing employment packages, handling benefits information, and tracking and processing of exit interview surveys
Handle essential recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, processing incoming resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Compensation
Salary range is $46,171 to $59,684 to commensurate with experience.
