Avana Homes is looking to fill our Commercial Project Manager Role.  

Responsibilities would include:
Review of all commercial plans
Schedule and manage timelines for all trades/suppliers and builds in Builder Trend
Assist in development of new plans
Preparation and application of commercial permits
Application for utility services and meet on commercial sites to determine location
Entering and submitting progress reports for draws
Sending commercial project for tender
Negotiate prices
Represent Avana Homes at all outside events
Deal with trades on overages and any large issues
Hire and fire trades
Proactively seek out innovative products/ building efficiencies
Work Closely with the General Manager and the Residential Property Manager
Work with Commercial Relator and Property Manager to meet tenants needs
Organize and schedule tenant improvements

Must have a valid drivers licence and proven experience with Project Management in the Commercial and Construction field.  This position provides work phone, computer and truck as well as competitive wages and family benefits plan.
