Overview:
We are looking for a capable Reception and General Administrator at our Yorkton office. Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and organize office documents, answer phone calls, and data entry. This position requires strong computer literacy skills, organization skills, and great customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering telephones
General administrative tasks such as filing, office organization and data entry
Ensuring all documentation has been received and handled properly
Setting up appointments
Scheduling service technicians
Qualifications:
Quick learner
Proficient coordinating and reporting skills
Strong communication skills written and on the phone
Organized
Administrative experience (preferred)
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task
