Recruitment Assistant Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist and support Immigration Consultant
Assist Immigration Consultant in hiring and screening of prospective candidates.
Screen and select resumes for the clients.
Conduct screening of candidates on phone.
Display job positions on various websites.
Assist Immigration Consultant in researching additional positing options.
Review and assess candidates suitability for the required positions.
Build and develop relationships with the business clients.
Phone potential businesses to recruit for the SINP
Contact with employers to fill their workers needs
Knowledge about restaurants and/or construction business will be an asset
Previous face to face and telephone marketing, recruitment, managerial and/or sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
Inbound/outbound call experience and/or meeting with clients face to face will be an asset
Friendly, reliable, outgoing and negotiation skills
Will visit Saskatchewan employers regularly
Must have a class 5 drivers license
