Responsible for cleaning the pots, pans, dishes and glasses that are used in the day to day operations. If time permits you will also assist in prep work and kitchen cleaning
Dishwashing Skills

- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

- Sweep and mop floors
