Employment Network is currently recruiting an Office Assistant on behalf of our Regina client.  They are seeking candidates who are highly organized, motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Draft documents and generate excellent business correspondence.
- Data entry and upkeep of the organization's databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Handle daily correspondence, emails, mail and general office processes.  
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
- Support Office Manager in carrying out various duties.

Education:    
- Grade 12.
- Office Education Certificate/related training is an asset.

Computer:
- Strong skills and understanding in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Personality/Desired traits:
- Team player with a professional, positive and co-operative attitude.
- Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
- Takes deadlines seriously and has a commitment to meeting timelines.
- Strong customer service skills; able to deal with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong administrative, organizational and planning skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
