Financial Analyst (NOC: 1112)
Term: full-time and permanent, $37.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, (9a.m. to 6p.m. and Monday to Friday).
Position available:  1
Experience:  5-8 years in Finance
Language: Fluent English

Requirement:
1.    MBA
2.    5-8 years in Finance
3.    Experience in identifying, investigating, analyzing and reporting variances
4.    Excellent working knowledge of Excel is required

Job Description and duties:
1.    Evaluate financial risk, prepare financial forecasts
2.    Write financial reports and financial suggestion
3.    Determine cost of operations and collect operational data
4.    Plan short-term and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
5.    Analyze other companies and other customers investment projects
6.    Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
7.    Guide cost analysis process, provide trends and forecasts
8.    Assist in preparing operation and investment budgets
9.    Explain processes and techniques; recommend actions
10.    Improve financial status by analyzing result
11.    Monitor variances; identify trends; recommend actions to management
12.    Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
13.    Identify and analyze other companies and other customers monthly variance of actual to budget operating expenses
14.    Monitor internal controls and polices to ensure accounting activities are in accordance with legal regulatory
15.    Research, document, and communicate accounting and reporting issues.
16.    Ensure conformity with Company accounting and reporting standards
17.    Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly Risk and Profit & Loss (P & L) reports for other companies and other customers
18.    Assist with the business initiatives and projects, development of new reports
