VDC Virtual Data Corp. is currently looking for a Support Analyst whose responsibilities and qualifications will include, but not be limited to:

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Resolve client support issues
Systematically identify, assess and analyze the issue
Work with client remotely or onsite and in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, schedule and work on client installations/maintenance
- Set up, troubleshoot and/or perform maintenance on client PC hardware/software
- Server and Workstation assembly, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Desktop and Server environments
- Good understanding of Hyper-V, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, Veeam, QuickBooks, Sage
- Familiar with Cisco Firewalls, Cisco Managed Switches, Fortinet Firewalls and various other network technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and with others
- Takes initiative, excellent problem solving skills, ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently

Education
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to be part of on-call rotation
- Must have valid class 5 drivers license
- Must have vehicle which can be used for service calls when needed
- Must provide criminal record check
