Description

We are looking for a Filing Clerk to join our Accounts Payable team on a casual basis.  In this role you will be responsible for assisting the AP group in moving towards a paperless initiative by individually scanning paper copies of AP vouchers and other related documents for electronic data storage on the Viterra network, as well as assisting with the electronic filing of these documents.

Hours are flexible  minimum of 10 hours per week but incumbent can choose their own hours within the scope of core business hours, which are: Monday  Friday; 8:00 AM  4:30 PM.

The ideal candidate has computer competency in a Windows based environment, is detail oriented and has the aptitude to perform repetitive tasks.
