The Program Lead Role - (CIS)

As the Clinical Information System (CIS) Program Lead, you will need to demonstrate leadership and provide guidance and direction to colleagues in order to accomplish strategic goals. In addition, the Program Lead will also be responsible for facilitating applicable committees and working groups in order to achieve the desired outcome. This role will be a member of various provincial steering committees, representing eHealth SK. You will have obtained a solid understanding of challenges and related opportunities as it relates to the electronic Health Record continuum of care through previous work in collaboration with provincial stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For?
Demonstrated experience in health information technology and clinical informatics
Demonstrated experience in implementation of clinical systems, operations and business requirements.
Several years of experience in a related healthcare IT management role
Demonstrated experience with communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to develop long term strategic plans that meet identified clinical and business requirements.
Ability to create and manage complex technical release plans to meet strategic objectives and initiatives
The knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a post-secondary degree in business administration, related Clinical field or technical field.
