Description

We are a medical clinic seeking a qualified, motivated, friendly individual to become part of our team. We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist who will assist with reception and office administrative duties.

THIS IS A LONG TERM POSITION.

The Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to:
Patient reception and answering of phone calls
Making appointments and rescheduling appointments
Management of multiple doctor schedules and tracking of consultations
Faxing, scanning, maintenance of electronic filing and data entry

Qualifications and abilities:
Preference will be given to a candidate with MOA experience
Experience in health related setting is an asset
FLUENT in English
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Must be able to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Detail orientated
Excellent time management skills
Strong awareness of issues of confidentiality
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Knowledge of Med Access EMR is an asset
General computer skills and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Clinic Location: Saskatoon (West)
Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am  5:00 pm

Position: Permanent Full-time
Hours Offered: 40 hours per week
Wage: $ 14/hour. The first month of employment will be considered as training and paid at minimum wage rates.
Starting date: 1 December 2018

References will be required. Please include at least 2 references in your resume.

A Criminal Record Check may be required.
