Job Description: Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The Field Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs.  Job description is available upon request.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Other Information

A valid driver's license and a vehicle is required to carry out duties

OCCASIONAL ASSIGNMENT TO A DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHIC LOCALE MAY OCCUR.
SHIFTS ARE AT PORCUPINE PLAIN AREA HOME CARE AND RED DEER NURSING HOME.
