We are currently seeking a caring, compassionate, person centred and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are hiring for an individualized service provider. This person will be responsible to provide one to one care for an individual with varied abilities between 15-24 hours a week. They will provide transportation and support in our day program facility in Langenburg and Esterhazy. The role may include but is not limited to:
- Implements person centred plans
-Provides personal and physical supports and care to participants as necessary (i.e. feeding, dressing, bathing etc.)
-Acts as a positive role model
-Understands and follows both positive and behavioural programming
-Stores, administers, and documents use of medications
-Provides overall life enrichment to individuals through both positive programming, community outings etc.
-Other duties as assigned
