Basic Job Description:
- Take guests orders on POS register
- Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
- Handle guest requests
- Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean and slice food items
- Portion and wrap foods
- Package take-out food
- Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Cleaning of the restaurant and various equipment
