Position Details:
Permanent part-time caretaker position.

Assignment:
7 hours per day - shift work may be required and schedules adjusted from time to time based on operational needs.

Term:
To commence on November 5, 2018.

Qualifications and Abilities:
- Previous janitorial experience will be considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work and operate small motorized equipment
- Understand and work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, WHIMIS training considered an asset
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and operational facility

Duties:
Duties include janitorial, snow removal, floor refinishing and upkeep of the school/grounds and other duties as outlined on our website in Administrative Procedure 493  Janitorial Services

Salary:
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the CUPE Local 4784 Collective Agreement (as listed on our website).
