Primary Function

The Superintendent is responsible for management of all site activities for projects assigned by Deveraux senior management.
Responsible for all site aspects of the construction of projects undertaken by Deveraux, ensuring successful completion of the project including profitability, schedule, safety and client satisfaction.
Superintendent is located in the field office, and collaborates with the project manager and other senior management ensuring project is meeting client and Deveraux expectations.
Provide direct supervision and coordination of general foreman, subcontractors, field labour and coordination of materials and equipment for the project. Including hiring, training, disciplining and monitoring performance of field staff.
